Robert "Bob" Belcher is the proprietor of Bob's Burgers and the protagonist of the series itself. He has a wife, Linda, with whom he has three children: Tina, Gene and Louise.

- Bob's voice is the natural voice of his voice actor, H. Jon Benjamin, as opposed to the rest of the main characters.
- Bob and Linda were married on September 3,[1], the same day Loren Bouchard and his wife were married.
- In "Fugue and Riffs", the fourth season premiere of the TV series, Archer, Bob Belcher is the alter ego of Sterling Archer when he suffers from retrograde amnesia. Almost all is the same as Bob's Burgers, other than that he is the step-father of Tina, Gene and Louise.
