"Sacred Cow" is the third episode of the first season of Bob's Burgers.

Bob tries to get a documentary film maker to remove the cow he sets outside the restaurant to protest meat eating, but takes to the cow when he takes matters into his own hands.

- Randy's documentary is titled Dial "M" for Mooder, a reference to the 1954 Alfred Hitchcock film, Dial M for Murder.
- The petting zoo is named Mother Goose's Discount Petting Zoo.
- The different enclosures are all named after nursery rhymes: "Baa, Baa, Black Sheep", "Hickory Dickory Dock", "This Little Piggy Went to the Market" and "The Cow that Jumped Over the Moon".
